We currently offer secure, authenticated credit card payment in our webshop. All transactions are processed through encrypted channels to ensure maximum security.

We plan to expand our available payment methods in the future to provide an even more convenient shopping experience.

Delivery time

• Standard: 5–8 working days
• Around public holidays: allow up to 2 extra working days

Special requests & custom sizes:

If you have special requirements, such as non-standard dimensions, send us an email — we’ll check what’s possible.
For custom-made items, delivery may take up to 5 weeks.

Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the products ordered from the webshop. This right may also be exercised between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product.

The withdrawal may be made by using the sample withdrawal declaration found at the end of these GTC (Annex II) or by submitting any other declaration that clearly expresses the Consumer’s intention to withdraw (e.g., by mail or by email) to the Service Provider using the contact details provided.

In the case of withdrawal sent by mail, the 14-day deadline shall be deemed met if the withdrawal declaration is posted no later than the last day of the deadline.
The calculation of the deadline and the conditions for compliance are the same in the case of withdrawal sent by email.
